Now, a couple of years later under new leadership and programmers that really care about our needs and pain points, this app shines and is super helpful, especially when we're out in the field or without our main computers. The best part of the app is the much improved user interface and amount of data and functions in the palm of our hand! It spins and then times out or errs. Before, it had difficulty pulling up the categories but I painfully got through it usin for a few years now. Had never been very functional and very dissatisfied with the current version. Very limiting and arduous! Employer just advises not to use the app but only web version. When I create entries on the web, they often do not show on the app or show incorrectly. They appear to be for $0.00 or receipts will not appear attached. Fixing this causes sync issues.
