I downloaded this app in hopes of furthering my career and it had absolutely no issues, scanning my face and taking my $40 but it wouldn't function and open the app, in the comments it says, delete it and download it and it should work and it didn't and I have tried it multiple times, i'm on a pretty fixed income and the fact that somebody just stole $40 from me basically I am pretty I rate over, fix your app please. It would be nice if I could have a reliable source.

This app is very useful in the classroom and in the clinic when it is working. However, it has not been opening for me lately.

Used to be an amazingly helpful app. Now like everyone else, it will not open. This needs to be fixed. This is unacceptable for a paid product that is being kept active on the App Store. Either fix the issue or this will be reported and the app will be removed as inactive and refunds should be given.

Would give a zero..hasnt been able to use this app
for some time now. Are you guys going to fix this issue?

**Developer response:** The app is wiring just fine. For some reason a star sight update doesn’t always work for everyone, but the easy fix for 99.9% of these cases is to delete the app and download a new version from the App Store. If that still doesn’t work, please reach out via our support page and we will help you get this working. No reason it shouldn’t be working 100%!
