We have a huge range of classes including PILATES Matwork, Reformer, Chair and stretch classes to help you build a balanced, strong and stable body and learn to move well and without pain.
POLE- a fabulous, addictive all-body workout. You'll build strength and confidence in our classes - no experience necessary!Our experienced instructors will make sure you learn good safe technique as you work towards exciting tricks and flowing dance moves.
Pole will bring you a confidence and strength in your mind and body that will carry into your daily life and we vouch for it keeping us young!

Core Fusion Director, Joanna Littlewood-Johnson,  is a Professional Pilates Practitioner & one of Australia's highest awarded pole artists with 3 International titles and was a finalist on Australia's got Talent.
