Your desktop version also lacks this. I’m surprised any vendors actually put their products on your app if there are no photos. Add a way to name your invoices if the customer has a delivery to one store and it gets spread out to other stores. Update the weird technical terms in the app that don’t make sense and give an option for a mock invoice. Get rid of all the products that aren’t in stock, what’s the point of putting them in there? Fix redundancies. There needs to be a major overhaul of this app. It’s clunky as ever. ### 3/5 — If I didn’t have to use this app I wouldn’t. *2024-09-27, version 3.0* Still does not support Dark Mode natively. Nothing like staring at a white screen for an hour while spending $15,000 twice a week. Other than that: It does what it’s supposed to do. Well kinda… there are lots of duplicate UPC and discontinued products. So really spending an hour to do an order that should only take 30 minutes is a bit ridiculous. I probably would not use revolutionary and/or fun to describe any of this application as seen in the description. Maybe one day but not today. ### 3/5 — iPhone 14 Pro Max Scanner. *2023-08-30, version 2.17* The scanner needs to get fixed on iPhone 14 pro max, In order to scan an item the phone has to be atleast 2-3ft away and it’s gets really hard to scan a particular item specially near general Merch isle where tags are closer to each other. It worked perfect before the 2 updates done recently. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app twice as well but in vain. Half an hour order take double the time to get done. Would be nice to see the camera adjustment button where you can select the camera you like or have it adjusted to pick the scanner with the closer camera angle. Hope to see an update soon with these issues fixed. ### 3/5 — Couple things to improve *2021-12-16, version 2.9* I would like to see improvement in the scanner, it is nearly impossible to scan from the order guide. It would be great if the scanner had a red line indicating which barcode it is going to read and actually be precise because in the order guide there is not much spacing between barcodes. It would also be nice to be able to see order history without having to completely open a new page for that individual item; make it so that with items listed you can press a history icon and the history will pop up for that particular item. Update: There is now a red line for the scanner but it is basically useless, not accurate at all when trying to scan a barcode out of the order guide. A new issue is that now if you scan the same item twice, it’ll only show the quantity as 1 instead of 2. This is a problem because if I scan the same item a second time, it needs to change the quantity to 2; this would be more accurate and also be a way of informing me that I have already scanned this item. ### 2/5 — Issues since updated *2020-08-19, version 2.4* Since last update when scanning some items it will make noise like item scanned and screen will change back to previous item that was viewed. Sometimes have to scan 5 or 6 times before it actually scans and that items info comes up. Also, when searching, will try to scroll down and screen will hop back up to the top of the screen, usually have to try to scroll down 4 or 5 times before it will let me continue to scroll down without going back to the top of the item list. ### 2/5 — App crashes *2019-12-10, version 2.1* When I try to switch between accounts, the app crashes... ### 3/5 — core-mark *2019-09-21, version 2.0.1* app doesn't work properly when you update ios13 ### 2/5 — Works ok *2019-02-28, version 1.10* Would love to be able to check in orders, otherwise works great. ### 2/5 — Some improvements & missteps *2018-06-08, version 1.9.1* While the app does have some improvements the developers also removed some features. For example, when I tried to scan items with the ** (items that require 3 or more) the app no longer gives me the option to purchase a case of the item. Instead I have to select the 3 items. Then set those 3 items to 0 and then select 1 case. ### 3/5 — Could be better! *2016-04-17, version 1.3* 1)Should be able to create a customize order template. 2)Average qty order in last 4 wks. 3)Should alert if missing an item which is been bought every week(time) ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Very expensive *2025-03-28, version 3.2* Core mark is acting like they are retailers things that can be find a lot cheaper on walmart and other places are really expensive in core mark like you can’t charge a customer arms and legs for a candy. We understand inflation and all but it seem like core mark taking advantage of that. Second thing is not having pictures of items. Everyone wants to try new items but not having pictures of products makes us skeptical and eventually ends up not ordering any new item. Third is it should be easy to search items like we don’t have to write the whole name of the item with correct core mark’s spelling just first few letters and the app should list all possible options. ### 1/5 — Not in love *2024-11-15, version 3.0* I have been using this app since we were switched over to ordering this way. I am not in love with it. when you try to search for an item that you know core mark has, you have to find the right code to type in to get the actual results you were looking for. Example planters peanuts is plnt or blk and middles. This app is frustrating. If I did not have to use this impersonal machine to do my job, I would NOT. I Also would not pay for this app, If I did not have too. I do not like it enough to spend money on it, I am forced to use it. It is not convenient or personable enough for that kind of money. It saves Core-Mark from paying employees to interact with your business or know how to help you grow. In my experience the personal sales man was better for sales on all ends. ### 1/5 — Request for make some update *2024-06-30, version 2.20.1* Using this core mark software is complete torture!!! Uhg please help ### 1/5 — Camera on iphone 14 pro *2022-12-26, version 2.14* When we try to scan from the app to order the camera on iphone 14 pro and plus zooms soo much that we have to back up like 2 feet and then it starts scanning whole bunch of random items because we have to move far back. Camera needs to have either a feature to zoom out or something because it’s impossible to make an order now. Like forever. If I delete the app and reinstall or go into settings to reinitalize app I lose everything. This app is so important to my job and my customers. For example if they type in pizza all the frozen pizzas will pop up, or type in coffee and all the coffee will pop up etc. It will make it dramatically easier for customers to find what they’re looking for, and it will end in higher sales for Core-Mark when the customers see things they didn’t even know we carried. For example if you type piz the application will search for all items with piz, as you continue typing pizza the application will then search for pizza anywhere in the item description.
