Cons: Kvcore will automatically text & nurture the lead via text & email. You have to manually turn it off for each contact! Also, not all listings can be found, and no manual entry! Developers, please fix these flaws or I'll look for another CRM. ### 3/5 — IPad Version Needs Work *2024-03-03, version 3.0.14* This is super buggy. The word Welcome does not resize when iPad is vertical, so the e at the end wraps to the next line. Cursor gets stuck and screen will only scroll intermittently. Had to switch to my phone on the tripod stand during my open house today. Would also like the ability to connect to a url or QR code so the guest can complete on their device. Had a line of ppl waiting to sign in. ### 3/5 — Need notes *2023-07-17* The form is fabulous but there needs to be a way we can add notes to the attendees. By the end of a open house I can not remember who is who and what we talked about. On paper I was able to just right these things next to their sign in. However, I’ve had a few times where the app itself would crash while hosting an open house. I tried to update, restart device, upload again, but still the same issue. I like guest to register on their own device not on my device it makes it so much easier for guest to scan a code and register from their device. My thing is I would like to be able to customize my questions and add other questions not offered. I would also like to be able to make notes about the client that signed in so I remember who they are. The “Welcome” menu is shown as “Welco me” I love the integration with KV Core but it’s embarrassing to have a shotty sign in system. Come to find out kvcore followed up and I received a text that they want to see more homes. The lead wasn’t very social but they were techy and signed in with no issues. In a large brokerage that have numerous offices and thousands of agents who host open houses for their colleagues it would be helpful to be able to create a manual entry. Currently agents have to pivot to find another similar open house app for visitors to sign in.
