## What is Core Pilates MN?

Core Pilates is a full-service Pilates studio for people who are looking for superior quality of instruction, small class sizes and the connection and attention that comes with (your workout is much more effective when you are being coached and corrected) and a fun, relaxed community vibe! 

At our physical location at 700 Grand Avenue in St. Paul, MN, we offer small group Pilates equipment (Reformer, Tower) classes, private and semi private instruction, workshops and apprentice teacher mentoring and development. . Join us online for livestream mat based classes or check out our Pilates Mat Video on Demand Library. 

We help our clients strengthen, mobilize and align their bodies with anatomically based movement science so they can find an exercise practice that supports them through their daily activities with joy and ease. 

We feature only the most potent styles of Pilates Mat, Yoga and Equipment training.  Our classes are designed to not only make you stronger and more flexible, but also help you achieve optimal posture, balanced muscle engagement and the precision and efficiency that comes with optimal form - inside AND OUTSIDE of the studio. 

We are dedicated to providing an outstanding educational resource for health and healing in a safe, relaxed and inspiring learning environment that benefits all our students, staff and teachers. 

We strive to create an inclusive environment free from judgement and negativity where all of our clients can discover their inner and outer strength through mindful movement.
