### 3/5 — Some friction setting up a profile

I stuck with this despite the fact that editing a profile is tricky. It seems that I can’t just edit a text field and click ok; it seems that I need to click another field in order for an edit to be recognized.

I appreciate the simplicity of this app. I hope the developer can manage to avoid feature creep and nagware that plagues so many other apps.

Everything was fine till the update. After that I keep the cursor block getting dragged across the screen and have to use Ctrl+L to refresh the screen and clear the cursor artifacts. Hope this will be fixed in the next issue.

I've installed core shell in my 2 mac, the old one has been expired and then repurchase in 2nd mac. But in first mac the license still expired.

После нескольких часов работы приложения мак начинает тормозить все больше и больше, пока совсем не начинает еле ползать.
Приходится перезагружать. Перестал пользоваться программой и ок.. Удалил

I have always enjoyed using Core Shell. Unfortunately there are problems lately. Recently all bookmars ("profiles") have disappeared. When I enter new ones, they are not saved.

I have a VPS that I entered the information that worked correctly after reinstalling my VPS with a new password, the app gives me more possibility to change my passwords for more than 15 days I try all kind of technique, I delete reinstall the application always the same (I activate the icloud)

I've been a premium user of this app for so long, and even join their groups to give feedback. At that time, once the old SSH Shell become Core Shell, I do purchase it, it tells me that it would be lifetime license, but now it is actually not. Fortunately as of now I'm no longer to attached with this app. Thus better Uninstall it. Who knows what kind of monetisation method would change in the future.

### 1/5 — I didn't understand how to use this terminal

When I open it, a screen appears asking me to create a profile (the person just wants to open a terminal. Zero usability, terrible).

Then I realize that the only profile available is for an SSH session. Ok, I filled in the connection details to test it, but it doesn't connect to a local server. Maybe because the server requires an SSH key? But doesn't it automatically look for it in ~/.ssh/config? Well, there's no option to enter the key manually.

Or have I not understood the usefulness of this tool? So far it's completely horrible.

They switched to a subscription.  It's totally stupid to try and get people to pay a monthly/yearly fee for a simple terminal app.  Their "free" upgrade doesn't work either.  It's a cash grab.

Avere i profili ssh salvati in cloud e' molto comodo, soprattutto per il supporto all'sftp che permette di caricare e scaricare file senza necessariamente aprire un client alternativo. Consiglio assolutamente.

Después de utilizar la herramienta durante 3 años, se ha hecho un imprescindible en mi día a día. 

Tengo unas 200 conexiones configuradas y ordenadas corréctamente con etiquetas.

La opción de copiar directamente cualquier fichero arrastrando y soltando en la ventana del terminal es realmente útil.

El soporte, otorgado diréctamente por el desarrollador es rápido y eficiente, ofreciendo versiones "Beta" con parches que solucionan problemas para que puedas seguir trabajando mientras sale la versión oficial con la corrección.

Sin duda, por el precio que tiene y si la usas por motivos profesionales, creo que es una buena inversión.

Искал хоть какую либо замену XShell, которая распространяется только для Windows. Единственное что мне нужно было - загрузка и скачивание файлов, и набор закладок с предустановленными параметрами. То, что распространяется по подписке (импорт, экспорт, синхронизация с облаком и автоматизация) вообще не парит, т.к. за облака как правило нужно платить помесячно. Но мне и стандартного функционала хватает.
