## What is Core5?

■名前とテスト実施日を入力してStartを押すと、5つのCoreテスト開始です。

■各テストのVideoを見ながらテスト結果を選択ボタンにタッチしていきましょう。
※5つ全てを行わなくても、1つのテストから問題点が抽出されます。

■テストを終えてからResultボタンを押すと、Result(結果)画面にとび、テスト結果が表示されます。

■結果で抽出された問題点にはそれぞれAnalysis(解説)ページにリンクされていて、解説と改善トレーニング例の動画が収録されています（※動画がないページもあります）

■教育ツールとしても。
Core動作の結果からわかる各問題点のAnalysis（解説）を読めば、体幹の基礎と機能改善の考え方を学ぶことができます。理学療法士の教育課程にはない体幹機能を学ぶことは、きっとあなたの臨床経験において有益なことでしょう。

■一般利用者さま、アスリートにもCore5を。
Core5は、理学療法士に限らず、すべてのアスリートに有用です。
