I loved this and never had a problem except for the past year. It will not let me connect to my wifi 2.4gh anymore and I’ve done everything several times over for months to try to reconnect. Nothing works!  Please update pro cannot recommend the Coredy anymore and may be better off going with another brand.  I gave 2 stars bc when it did work it was good. Without wifi connection it acts drunk

This robot has worked marvelously for the price over the last few years, however, it now stops every min, three beeps as if there’s a problem but it’s clean as a whistle, nothing inhibiting the rollers from spinning etc.  I feel like it’s a bug and not a physical malfunction.  I came in here to see if there were ever any updates and it says almost a year ago?  I googled and YouTubed for assistance but nothing.  🤷🏽‍♂️

Worked really well until now it doesnt.

This is not a bank! It’s a robot and should be much simpler than it is.

Best lil black vacuum cleaner ever! I can really tell the difference when I don’t use it for a few days. Vacuum’s good. Only thing that I don’t like is it bumps into my furniture and I hope it doesn’t chip it.

I have no idea how this app has a 4.7 rating on the App Store. It’s very buggy. The mapping doesn’t work very well. A lot of the grammar in the app is very poor as if it was just a straight Google translate from Chinese to English. Stay away from this piece of junk

Thanks cordey for updating and making me sign up again. The email I had used wasn’t recognized, why? Who knows, but now I have to set up mine at home again, with all the zones and everything, and set up my mother in laws too meaning I have to drive a long ways to get there in order to do that! WTH?! Can’t anyone update an app and be able to keep the existing log in? Well, just going to have to use a different brand I suppose. Great way to lose a customer.

This app offers features, but it doesn’t let you use them.  First, there is NO user manual, step by step guide, or video walkthrough for this app so everything is trial and error.  With a lot of errors!  Just a few examples: It refuses to let me ‘split’ rooms because it keeps stretching the designated line over multiple areas even though I am attempting to just stretch it over one small doorway.  So my foyer, family, kitchen, dining, and living room are all 1 room according to this app.  What’s the point of buying a robot vacuum if I can’t program separate rooms??  (And no, my house isn’t open floor plan - a human would easily recognize these as separate rooms.) Further, when attempting both “selected zone” and “configured zone” cleaning, the robot couldn’t find the zone and returned to the dock without vacuuming anything.

Have tried everything to connect my Coredy r750 to this app. Easy Mode, AP mode, nothing works. Dock is right next to Router/Modem. Attempting to connect to a 2.4Ghz network. I’ve reset the modem, and removed devices to not bog down the network. Nothing works and it’s extremely frustrating. No support from developer.

It’s been working fine for a few times and suddenly cannot get connected in the app and the app just simply cannot find the device possibly because the 2.4 GHz network thing, I will say this is a joke, you are not expecting people to downgrade their net work just for you to use your device, are you?

And I happen to have an old Wi-Fi with 2.4ghz, And still doesn’t work. It’s terrible.

There is “scan button” in the app, what are the shXts you want me to scan? 

The “feedback” in the app is just retarded,I deleted my device so to try re-connect it,And if there is no device, this app will block you to submit your angry msg, this is really retarded.

I like the app but I just wish that the R750 model had a mapping feature because the robot just keeps cleaning the same room for the whole cleaning cycle. I also want a better mopping feature because when I use it the robot ends up mopping the rug. Like who wants a wet rug so please try and modify that with future models. Any ways cleans well just need a bit more tweaks to it.

I really like this vacuum, we also have smart shark self cleaning and suction in Coredy750 is by far superior. We use it mainly downstairs on tile and have it scheduled on daily auto mode and edge cleaner and you won’t believe how much it picks up. I am always shocked how much dust and stuff it’s in the dust bin after just few days. I would like to see some updates done but overall it’s a great not smart vacuum ( by not smart I mean it doesn’t clean in rows it goes all over the place but if scheduled daily it’s just fine) would not recommend for carpet

This is a reliable little fella’. It wakes up every day and does it’s job well. The sensors even prevent it falling over edges which is really handy. 
It automatically goes into edge mode to clear up where it is often needed most. 
The mopping function isn’t very successful but anyone who mops floors will know what is required and won’t be too surprised.

The vacuum works great. I wish be able to map more than one floor in my house.
When taking the vacuum to the second floor the map gets messy and I cannot use no go zone, or plan an specific area.
Other than that, this vacuum is awesome.
