## What is CoreFit Coach?

The CoreFit Coach app is designed for clients of trainers who have enrolled in the CoreFit Coach program. The app will send push notifications and prompt clients to answer yes/no question in regards to comply with healthy habits sent by your coach.  

WHO CAN USE THE APP
Clients can only use the app if they are working with a CoreFit Coach coach. If you are a CoreFit Coach client, please contact your coach to receive your invite and login credentials to be able to use this app.

The CoreFit Coach app allows access to HealthKit, allowing clients to automatically pull in their activity and steps data from Apple Health to their app.
