Easy to start and easy to continue. Love that each movement has a demo video, so you can learn proper form.

COREFIT is an amazing app. It’s easy use and isn’t over complicated like many similar on the market. The workout videos help to show you how to perform a move or exercise correctly. The timers are helpful and I really enjoyed the warm up! The nutrition and supplement advice is really clear and concise. It’s helpful to hear about the recent research and science backing the app’s recommendations. I highly recommend the app! You won’t regret it and it will kick start your journey to health!
