I love how the app takes the hassle out of building my own plans. I’m always looking for ways to make my time more efficient and corefuel does that. And the way that it tracks by progress has made me stick to the diet because I see the results even if I’m doubting myself in the mirror. If you want the team of experts in your corner without paying out thousands, I highly reccomend this app
