So I can’t use the app on my phone. It worked great on my iPhone 13 but not the 16 Side note- this is my favorite place to eat and I love them all in Peoria area. Everyone is very friendly. Excellent service every time. I can at least still access my rewards at the register. Great rewards too. 5 star for the food and people. Cant get past the initial loading screen and even though I’ve rebooted my phone, deleted and re-installed the app and updated my software, it still doesn’t work. Extremely frustrating considering I eat here all the time. It prompted me to put in my phone number. When I did and hit enter, it stated my phone number was already in use but there is no way to get back to the previous page on the app. Even after closing it out and restarting, it goes back to the same phone number entry page. The bowl was great, but honestly the employees made this place. They took the time to work with my dietary restrictions without making it feel like a hassle. Then when I mentioned my day was rough, they actually gave me suggestions on how to treat myself—even told me to grab an Insomnia Cookie ice cream sandwich. Such a small thing but it genuinely made my day. Good food is one thing, but staff who actually care about you? That’s what keeps me coming back.
