My associates have an android and it works fine. My clients that I uploaded only show up on the phone app. They do not load using the web version. But lately it's been hanging up on my clients randomly while I'm in mid sentence. Sometimes 3 times in one interaction over the course of less than 10 min. Accidentally put it in the wrong passcode by a character. I can no longer use the app AT ALL because when I try to log in it forces it to auto fill and then kicks me out. Would be super helpful if app wasn’t trash. ### 1/5 — Nothing but problems *2023-09-14, version 3.5.7* BEWARE!!!! I wish I could leave negative stars here. Ever since my company switched from Ring to cornexa, it has been awful. Calls come in and we can’t hear them, they will call back and only half the time we can hear them the second time around. Calls will ring to me twice and as I go to answer the call disappears. My biggest problem is even though it says a coworker is available when I go to transfer the call I cannot because it will only show my work contacts a quarter of the time. The other 75% of the time, I have to have that person hang up and the person will call them back. I feel it’s pretty unacceptable not even being able to transfer calls. I’ve transferred two calls to personal cell phone numbers thinking it was suggesting their work number. Nope, come to find out, it wasn’t showing their work number at all, only the personal contacts I have entered into my phone. Also, I log out of the system on the computer and I STILL get calls. My company was bamboozeled into into and we are hurting.it’s very buggy works better in cellular than wifi. Oh n the new update kicks us out and doesn’t allow you to log back in. When u go to forgot email it asks for both your username & password. This is a poorly thought out app from user interface to useless functionalities. Avoid when possible. ### 1/5 — App is just garbage *2022-09-10, version 3.3.0* When you get to a point where a call dropping only once during a conversation is a blessing, you know you’ve got a bad product. It’s clunky, slow, ugly in design, and has zero redeeming qualities. The only consistency is the call dropping, even on high speed WiFi. I guarantee your call will drop. I stayed with it for a while because I really liked the IT company I was working with that used it but I just couldn’t anymore. I don’t understand the people complaining, which is why I said works great in Dallas Texas. Maybe it has problems when used in more remote areas? Anyway I use it quite frequently and I am glad I have it. If calls drop it is most likely an issue of my cell service if I happen to be driving through sketchy areas. When we first began using the mobile app the service was very spotty and call were frequently dropped. Throughout 2021 the app was updated and service has gotten much better. I have not had any issues with the software as well as call quality issues. The CoreNexa App is strictly a VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), which means the user must have a strong to superb WiFi or Data connection to the internet to have adequate or good call quality. I also tell my customers/users ahead of time so the “static” or “call quality issues” will not take them by surprise. I strongly suggest reaching out to your customers/users and ask them what environment they are attempting to place and receive phone calls from and if they have a strong Data/WiFi Connection.
