It was so handy to know how far down the list you were so you knew if it was likely you’d get in. Happened following recent iOS update. It’s really frustrating. The ‘You’re Booked’ screen freezes & I can’t return to the calendar or any other page on the app. Often I’ll want to book another class but it stays locked on my booking screen and I can’t return to the start of the app for a number of days? ### 1/5 — App bugging? *2025-11-03, version 1.14.5* I booked a few classes for the next 2 weeks even put myself on waitlist and now suddenly all my bookings are gone in the app. When i tried to book again it says unable to add classes as I have booked already. Also on the homepage, the review page from my previous class keeps popping up whenever I refresh the home page. Is there anyway this can be fixed? I just got the membership and it has now left a sour taste on my experience. I would rather have my money fully refunded than going through all this hassle. ### 1/5 — Awful. Not loading schedule. Basic fail. *2025-06-27, version 1.12.0* App can’t load some components so it’s stuck in a loop and can’t even show the schedule. I was going to buy a new pass but I can’t even get in. ### 1/5 — What’s going on here *2024-11-25, version 1.11.0* Confirmed bookings were wiped from the app overnight causing me to be double and triple book myself into some classes as they weren’t showing up on the list. I can’t use the app to check how many classes I have left nor do waitlisted classes appear on the upcoming classes screen. I can’t see how many people are on the waitlist either. Seriously unimpressed, please consider rolling back this is trash garbage ux. ### 1/5 — Downgrade from the old app *2024-11-14, version 1.11.0* I’ve recently rejoined coreplus and am loving being back but overall the new app is a downgrade from the previous version. It’s great that you can see photos of the instructors, but that’s probably the only positive. The new app is glitchy and slow. Sometimes instead of getting onto a waitlist it says that I am “pending” and doesn’t show up in my upcoming classes… so I don’t know if I’m on the waitlist or not. It doesn’t make sense that you can no longer see the number of reformer classes or class passes you have left within the coreplus app, you now have to go into the mind body app to get that information, which is inconvenient/double handling. You also used to be able to see your number on the waitlist within the booking section as soon as you got onto it. Now you need to return to the home page, which again, is inconvenient. ### 1/5 — Bad UX - horrible sign up process *2024-09-11, version 1.11.0* When I’m typing in my credit card details, I can’t even what I’m typing. Entering expiry month and date should be easy but your design is making the process so difficult. ### 1/5 — Downgrade *2024-02-21, version 1.6.0* Functionality and ease of use is shot with this app. It is so much slower compared to the last app and takes about 10 seconds between clicking on a class, booking it and exiting out of the booking screen. I’ve also cancelled classes before but this hasn’t processed in the system, so I’ve been charged a no show. The waitlist functionality is also broken, I went from #5 to having “add to class” and pending, but when I click add to class an error shows, so it’s impossible to know whether or not I’m in the class. ### 1/5 — Calendar only link not working *2023-12-13, version 1.5.0* New app is good except that the ‘add to calendar’ function no longer works unless you release access to your full calendar (emails and details included). I’ve got my access in phone settings set to ‘calendar only’ and the app keeps saying I need to update access settings to add bookings to my calendar. Please fix! ### 1/5 — Can’t add classes to calendar - please fix asap! *2023-12-12, version 1.5.0* It’s infuriating not being able to add classes to calendar since the latest iOS update. Please please please fix this asap!! I also agree with some of the previous reviews about how painful it is with the app re loading after every booking, it makes it sooooo slow to book future classes. A senior, retired, primary school teacher looking to become more flexible to keep up with the young grandkids. CorePlus in Newcastle Australia was superb. They guided me as to which of the 10 plus different classes would be good to start with and wow they were right. I’m a fan now. Give it a go! ### 5/5 — Favourite Pilates studio by far!!! *2026-07-27, version 1.14.6* I have never not loved a class here! Been to multiple locations after trying every hot mat class available at other studios - and I always end up back at CorePlus. Took a few months off because ClassPass increased their prices and I couldn’t justify the cost, but since missed Core Plus Hot Mat classes so much that I’ve just signed up directly through them now because whatever the cost is well worth it. Love that I don’t need to take my own mat, love the challenging classes and the fact that I never feel uncomfortable or out of place, despite not being one of the thinner people in the classes. ### 5/5 — My Happy Place 💙 *2026-07-13, version 1.14.6* I absolutely love Core Plus. I have a demanding career and a full life, and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without it. It gives me a sense of calm, strength and grounded energy that carries into every part of my week. The instructors are exceptional, and the community they’ve created is so welcoming and inclusive. I’m 52 and have never once felt out of place. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, both physically and mentally. I’ve exercised my whole life, but I’ve never loved it as much as I love Core Plus. It’s the first time exercise has become something I genuinely look forward to, and as a result I’m the fittest I’ve ever been.
