I used to attend Core Power classes in person, but as life has become busier I am so thankful to be able to use the app from home. So easy to be consistent. I like that I can choose the length of the course too. If I’m low energy or in a rush and I can squeeze in a 45 mins course and it feels more palatable.

Are used to hard-core work out at Orange Theory, then the pandemic happened. Everything was shut down, so I got the CorePower yoga app. Best decision I made! Five years later, and I am still at it, and in the best shape of my life.

I love the 1 hour yoga sculpt classes. I have a handful of my favorites saved in my library. In one hour I get a very robust full body workout. For the subscription fee of around $20 per month it works out to about $1 per class. I’m very pleased with the content and the price. Thank you CorePower. Also, a heartfelt namaste to Adrianne, Melvin and Courtney.

This gets a 1 star due to making you jump through hoops to cancel your subscription. You can’t do it on the app or on the website. It requires you to contact support and have them cancel. Not worth it.
