Cropping tool works well. However, there does seem to be a way to delete uploaded labels. The labels seem to be in a random order rather than sorted logically, this makes finding labels unnecessary time consuming. Overall, the printer performs as expected, but Bluetooth connections and label management features need improvement. Small businesses owner. Less the 5 people. ### 2/5 — Can’t edit saved labels *2026-06-16* I purchased this device and downloaded the app to be able to make a label that can be changed via price. Once I print a label, I can’t go back into history and change the text for that price… it’s hard to recreate exactly where the text was each time I need to print new labels ### 4/5 — Needs a few Improvements. *2026-05-04* So the app works great for simple labeling. Just needs some work allowing you to save AND edit the saved drafts later. Also need ability to clear history and delete drafts, which currently cannot be done without removing the app, then reinstalling it again. Just a few simple updates and it would be even greater. It’s small and pink and prints well…but the app needs to be updated and fixed. It is very frustrating to make anything on the app, like a calendar date i can put on my planner. You guys have a whole section dedicated to calendar dates yet I cannot edit any of them to have a date that’s current. Please put some more love and care into this app. ### 3/5 — Not IOS Friendly *2026-04-04* Well it works but with issues. Cannot delete History or Drafts. The saved Drafts cannot be edited. Printer always waists one print label before correct print. But, you can’t get the continuous label paper. So it becomes limited to use or extra creative on how utilize with it limitations ### 3/5 — Doesn’t always work right *2026-03-20* It says no ink but I get lots of times where the letter won’t print right. Why isn’t the text automatically aligned horizontally? Top keeps popping open. Going to buy continuous roll and see I can get a larger font size. Since upgrading to an iPhone 17pro, I now have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to print a shipping label from the re-sale app I use. Every time I go to print a second one, after the first, it sends me back to the page I was on..I almost sent an order to the wrong person! Please fix on the next update! It says it’s not compatible. This app needs a serious update if you’re gonna sell a product then it needs to work with the newer operating systems when it clearly clearly says on the package. That it works with iOS 11 and above. ### 4/5 — Slow start but it’s working great now! *2026-01-16* At first I had problems getting anything to print. Then after readjusting and thinking I was doing something wrong, it finally printed something faintly. Then tried again and it worked! Now I am not having any problems so far, and it’s been working pretty good. I am glad it’s working now because I thought I was going to have to return it.:) ### 2/5 — This is dumb *2026-01-15* I can’t print on my CTP100LG but my mini one works. Apparently it “isn’t supported” so PLEASE fix it. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — NO EXCUSE FOR GARBAGE APP *2026-06-08* If you make a product that prints labels, don’t then create an app that designs said labels SOOO Bad. It doesn’t even perform the settings you’ve made available correctly. I’m going to buy a new printer just to get a better app cuz this is a joke. Recommendations: Make it easier to design labels of any size and PRINT that size. Currently, you can choose your size when you start a new label but it asks you for the size you want to print when you are in the print window and when you add your custom size that’s different than your basic presets it won’t print. It freezes often. For god’s sake, add more basic shapes to use as reference guides like a basic circle. Add FONTS-gawd! And as i’m visually impaired, I’d appreciate it if you not only had a dark mode, that you make the canvas color and the label design area different colors rather than having them be the same color and using a thin line to mark the work area. Seriously, this is not ok. You just lost a customer. I’d rather spend more money than waste the amount of time I’ve already wasted on this product. Shame on you. Contact me via my nickname if you want a consultant to do a full app upgrade/redesign as this is my actual real life job. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2026-05-16* One day it works fine. iPad updates overnight. Go to use the next day. Will not connect any longer. I have tried multiple times, over multiple days and no use. Maybe the app needs an update and some improvements i saw anther comment similar to mine. ### 1/5 — Won’t connect *2026-04-16* My printer can take 1 minute to connect or 30 minutes it varies everytime and it is ridiculous. I try turning it on and off. Deleting and redownloading the app. Restarting my phone. Nothing works it will randomly connect after a certain. I suggest to stay away from this printer. I spent almost a $100 at Walmart for this printer and it is terrible! ### 1/5 — Cuts off words *2026-03-12* Wasting label paper because it almost always doesn’t center the word properly. Waste of time buying and returning the product to store of purchase. ### 1/5 — Drafts *2026-01-29* What’s the point of a draft if you can’t edit it to change something. If I want to change one small thing on the draft I have to create the label all over again. ### 1/5 — App is terrible *2026-01-08* I haven’t even used the printer yet to print anything because the app continues to freeze up causing me to have to exit out, reconnect the printer and basically repeat.
