## What is CoreSketchAI?

A little stronger, every day. CoreSketchAI is a thoughtful fitness journal that brings photo check-ins, gentle core routines and optional EatCal nutrition into one warm, hand-drawn studio.

MAKE A CONSISTENT PHOTO CHECK-IN
Choose a torso photo or use the camera, review it, and approve AI processing. Receive observations about framing and lighting, plus tips for more consistent journal photos. Original photos are processed on our server and are not stored as a photo library.

BUILD A SMALL PRACTICE
Start with a core routine based on your reported experience. Follow clear instructions, track your practice time, and record calories if you have an estimate. Automatic exercise suggestions pause if you report pain or injury.

CONNECT WITH EATCAL
With your approval in both compatible apps, bring daily calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat into your journal. Send completed workout records back to EatCal. You can revoke sharing from either app. The latest compatible EatCal version is required.

KEEP CONTROL
Use Apple Health only when you choose. Delete your CoreSketchAI account in Studio. No email is required to start. Explore a clearly labelled sample journal before creating your own account.

STUDIO PRO
An optional auto-renewing membership unlocks PDF exports of your growing journal. Available prices and periods are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings and restore purchases in the app. The in-app journal and EatCal connection remain available without membership.

IMPORTANT LIMITS
Exactly 1,000 image luminance samples assess exposure quality; they are not 1,000 anatomical measurements. A photo cannot establish muscle strength, body fat, medical conditions or health. The context-completeness indicator describes available journal data, not nutritional adequacy. CoreSketchAI is intended for adults and does not provide medical advice or guarantee fitness results.
