## What is CoreVU Agent?

CoreVU Agent is the field companion for real-estate agents working on the CoreVU platform. It keeps everything an agent needs between appointments in one place, on the phone that is already in their pocket.

LEAD ROTATIONS
New leads arrive with a live countdown. Accept or decline before the lead re-routes to another agent, so nothing goes cold while you are out on site.

YOUR PIPELINE
Review your open leads, search by name, lead ID or source, and keep track of where every deal stands.

VIEWINGS
See your whole day at a glance, check in at the property when you arrive, and record what happened on site. Check-ins capture the location and accuracy so the office knows who arrived and when.

PHOTOS FROM THE FIELD
Capture listing and lead photos with the camera and sync them straight back to the shared CoreVU workspace.

TEAM CHAT
Coordinate with dispatch and colleagues without leaving the app.

NOTIFICATIONS
Get notified the moment a rotation, viewing change or message needs your attention.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL
Location is used only when you check in to a viewing or explicitly turn on live sharing, and only while you are signed in with the app open. Background location is never requested, and you can turn sharing off from Profile at any time.

WHO IT IS FOR
CoreVU Agent is for authorized staff of organizations that use CoreVU. It connects to the same secure CoreVU workspace as the desktop ERP, and organization membership keeps every record scoped to the signed-in agent's organization. You will need an account issued by your organization in order to sign in.
