Keeps me choosing Beaumont doctors only. I do wish that I could message my doctors with questions and get a response sooner than 48 business hours. I know that I can set up a video visit but I hate those. I would not mind paying to discuss issues via messaging in real time. I cannot see which doctors have responded to my emails. ### 1/5 — Extremely unorganized *2026-08-08, version 11.7.2* This app is not at all intuitive. It will show appoints from over a year ago and ask if you want to hide the reminder from your page. It does not show up coming ordered labs on home page. You have to hunt for them. If you are healthy and need only basic info it may be ok but if you are actually accessing health care I have found it less than helpful for tracking labs, appointments etc. ### 1/5 — App just sucks. *2026-08-05, version 11.7.2* Can’t call or talk to anyone without talking to AI for a hour ### 2/5 — so so *2026-08-03, version 11.7.2* fun fact: if you call tech support for the app the bot says right away “if your tone gets abusive we may hang up” - letting the caller know they’re about to be not just frustrated or confused but actually infuriated. Yeah. ### 2/5 — Overload *2026-08-03, version 11.7.2* If you spent as much time person to person the system would be ok. The AI is overkill. The overreached texting is ridiculous. Dr to patient contact is desirable. I don’t appreciate Corewell micromanaging my Dr file. ### 3/5 — Still needs improvement *2026-07-31, version 11.7.2* The app does make a lot of things faster, more accessible, and more convenient. However, there are still some UI issues that need attention. Sections with drop down menus with literally dozens of options but no way to type an answer, having to answer the same questions repeatedly, being required to go through 10 minutes of pre-check questions for a 1 minute follow up that could have been an email. There are some things that are just time wasters and/or excuses for Corewell to charge more money. ### 5/5 — Checking in on the parents *2026-07-30, version 11.7.2* This app has been invaluable. My siblings and I can access blood test values, imaging results, MD notes, medication lists, etc. It helps us stay updated on our elderly parents’ medical status. ### 5/5 — After back lower surgery *2026-07-26, version 11.7.2* Dr Ahlgren did my back surgery, repaired/replaced old hardware that was only 17 months old. Basically (replacement) 2 pins that were straight with ones that match my spine arch. Repaired area between L2 and S5. Was able to move around after only a few days. Last time I did it at a totally different Hospital & different surgeon ,I was layed up for about 2 weeks & was able to get around for a while then started getting worse. So I looked up Ahlgren & had great reviews. He is about 3 hours away from me,it was worth it so far & the staff was very supportive & nice. Would definitely recommend anyone to go Dr Ahlgren , he is a very personable guy , he reserched everything then has a good set down with you review everything and ask him anything and he will answer it. 5 stars ### 5/5 — Great *2026-07-09, version 11.7.2* This app makes things so much easier.
