Definitely worth 5*s ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Pointless *2022-05-13, version 40.13.60* After finding the website and confirming “24/7, 365” service in my area, I signed up via the app. Then the app tells me my journey isn’t suitable for the payment method, which was cash. OK, I registered a credit card. Now my pickup location isn’t suitable for *that* payment method. What’s the point of telling me you’re servicing my area 24/7? Why is it difficult to just tell the truth? Waste of time and energy. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2021-09-18, version 40.9.2* Tried to register and got an authorisation code that didn’t work. Tried again and my number was blacklisted. Very poor ### 1/5 — Terrible-Avoid *2017-08-04, version 30.0.6* Pros 1. Can book online and track driver 2. Can allow contacts to track your journey which is a good feature if e.g. a female passenger 3. Can add favourite locations (pick up/drop off) Now the Cons...... 1. Booked and paid by Card but (or so I thought) 2. Driver was late as he didn't know where the booking had come from 3. Asked about a booking I made at the same time (for another day) as I had a train and didn't want that driver to be late. Was told to phone to confirm the booking ?!?! 4. Driver said the card payment had failed (no way that was my card/balance) so then had to drive to the bank after already having travelled for almost 3hrs More trouble than it's worth and deleted ### 1/5 — Don't bother *2013-01-19, version 1.1.1* Couldn't track vehicle. Order cancelled by Corkys. Absolute crap. ### 1/5 — Martspark *2012-07-20, version 1.1.1* Can't see how you can use this app, it asks if you want to search address when you do it can't find it or it gives you the option to use gps which was suggesting locations that were up to half a mile away from my position. For example if I want to find out how much it will cost from my home to cannock when you type cannock town centre into it it cannot find it.
