It’s been 2 weeks since last I checked (Nov 16, 2025) , the app let me upload receipts, but on the last step it kept asking me whether I’m sure to submit. I kept pressing yes but the screen just hang in there, until I pressed cancel and obviously it didn’t submit any if my receipts. I wanted to double check the status of the receipts submitted last week, and it didn’t have that status page which showing all the receipts submitted (whether it’s accepted or rejected). Most feature on this app doesn’t work such as the FAQ, and no place to report issue

Home page stuck di loading. Pas mau upload struk, aplikasi error terus jadi struk tidak terupload hingga expired. Padahal sayang sekali, saya belanja jutaan. Akhirnya coba uninstall, tapi ga bisa login kembali katanya perlu reset password, sementara halaman login ga ada kolom password, adanya kolom pin. SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN
