There’s always something wrong with this app, the servers are down then next it says “failed to update settings”, every issue you can muster is on this app, it makes even viewing my bank account frustrating

It constantly tells me that there is either a network error, or that I’m locked out and have to reset my password if i don’t want to wait. Very infuriating, as i love the bank but just wish the app would work properly.

The app used to be great until they updated it to have a phone verification call. It now just spins and spins with no call and tells you to call your local branch. Turning your phone on and off isn’t enough to fix it.

Absolutely terrible. You can’t use this for anything other than checking balances. You can’t make a payment on any account because the two factor authentication makes you leave the app to get the code which cannot be entered when you return to the app. Did you not test this?
