Other than that great credit Union. ### 1/5 — Locks *2022-08-05* Always locked useless! ### 1/5 — App not working *2022-03-27* I try to log into it and the app closes out all together when i hit log in smh ### 1/5 — Snap deposits don’t work *2018-05-22* Tried to deposit 6 checks yesterday and it stopped working several times. It would take the snapshots but did nothing when clicking submit. The summary showed it took 5 of 6. I gave up on sixth one. Tried closing app and restarting to no avail. Today my account shows only 4 of 5. The emails I received show only 2 were accepted and 3 were deleted. But the emails don’t show you an amount, so no way to know via email which ones were accepted. Emails should indicate check amount as they are not helpful otherwise, especially when depositing multiple checks. Although I like the ease of use for the update, it doesn’t work reliably. So until that is fixed I can only give one star. If I can’t use it, ease of use is meaningless. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Always busted *2026-07-03* There’s always something wrong with this app, the servers are down then next it says “failed to update settings”, every issue you can muster is on this app, it makes even viewing my bank account frustrating ### 1/5 — Good bank bad app *2026-07-03* It constantly tells me that there is either a network error, or that I’m locked out and have to reset my password if i don’t want to wait. Very infuriating, as i love the bank but just wish the app would work properly. ### 1/5 — 3/7 days this works *2025-03-19, version 24.4.2* Majority of the time this does not work due to “Network error” their server goes down all the time, consistently. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-02-12* The app used to be great until they updated it to have a phone verification call. It now just spins and spins with no call and tells you to call your local branch. You can’t use this for anything other than checking balances. You can’t make a payment on any account because the two factor authentication makes you leave the app to get the code which cannot be entered when you return to the app. Did you not test this? ### 1/5 — The app is literally broken *2023-12-08* Gets stuck in the 2fa page, will not let me do anything. Please for the love of god fix this garbage ### 1/5 — Awful update *2023-11-21* It used to be great but someone high up decided it needed to be changed and made it a major inconvenience. You can no longer quick view anything. You have to type your password in every time and verify it’s you. Either with security questions or a phone call. I have multiple accounts with cornerstone and have to log in multiple times a day to check on things and this new update has become a major hassle. Please put it back to the way it used to be. ### 1/5 — Latest “Improvement” is Awful *2023-10-14* The latest version of the app is a downgrade from the previous one. Every other time I log in it just hangs and I have to close and restart the app. Today I just keep getting “network error.” Check deposits used to be easy and clear in a day, now mine get rejected and take three days to clear when they do. I make a deposit every week, it’s not like I don’t know how to do it. The transactions are hard to read and now we have to open each one to see who was paid or what the check number was.
