Every time you close out of the app and open it again, you have to reactivate it online. Please fix this problem or else the app is useless.

The app requires activation almost every time I try to use it. It defeats the purpose of having an app if I have to log into the website to get an activation code anyway. Our frontline employees were happy about the prospect of being able to use an app instead of finding a computer to use but it just doesn’t work.

It would be nice if I didn’t have to activate every time I open this app. It defeats the purpose of having an app if I just have to login in the website to get an activation code each time I open the app.

The “send” button at the top right disappears after attaching a photo to a new feedback submission, rendering the user unable to attach any photos.

Nice because I don’t like to type and can use talk to text for quick feedback anytime anywhere. Bonus being able to now add images to feedback as well! :)

App is easy to navigate and user friendly. Just wish you could see more than just your team in talent view.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback Ashley! To explore other teams in Talent View, simply tap on the profile image of your direct manager and you can move up to the next level. You can continue to tap profile images to navigate up, down and across teams. If you want to find a specific person, use the search (magnifier icon) on the top menu bar to type in a name. I have been using Halogen's performance management system for about 18 months. I started using the app this week and it is an easy and effective way to provide feedback and recognition to my team.  I believe having it on my device that It will help improve the timelines of feedback.  This is a great enhancement!

This app is awesome and makes it super easy to provide feedback anytime, anywhere and to anyone in your company. Attaching pictures is great, just wish I can attach more than one.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback!  Version 1.1.38 of the app (which is now available) has support for adding multiple attachments to feedback items (requires TalentSpace 17.0.4+).  Enjoy!
