好几个体位的血管走形跟实际情况相差甚远，还有几个体位的前降支回旋支完全成为两根血管

**Developer response:** 第一个问题可能是随机心脏的冠状和失状角度导致了心脏转位，新版本调整了生成范围，第二个问题应该是随机血管生成的BUG，后续还会改进，新版本增加一个固定心脏提供模仿，但是这个心脏还是偏正位了，右20相当于标准心脏，因为要和肺动脉连接，暂时保持这个角度
