Accidental submissions when the expense report is still in process with incomplete purchases, etc is a massive waste of time. ### 5/5 — Life just got easier *2017-02-10* Gone are the days of lost receipts and spending hours taping/stapling/scanning on a Friday afternoon. I can snap photos of my receipts as I make purchases and they get coded automatically. An app that makes expense management easy, both as a user and as a manager on the go. I can take pictures of receipts and code them on the fly, and I can review and approve employee expense reports while I am on the road. Who wants to get mired in expenses when I have business to do! I only get a black screen. Don’t have time everyday to input them. Fix this and also most of the time when I try to get on it says session has expired please log in again. I was not logged in in the first place. Why? ### 1/5 — Expense track *2018-09-25* This is a worthless program I have to remove and reinstall about every 4-6 times after I add a new receipt it takes over 30 minutes then it won’t go and I have to stop and delete workings and start over. We have at least 2 a day so I wait until I have a few days worth cause some times I’ve have to do it after each receipt. The BEST!!! *2020-07-20* The Comdata Expense Track is the most comprehensive and intuitive of all expense apps I have used in my sales travel career — I paid for and used Expensify and other apps provided by Amex or other credit cards, but NOTHING worked better for me other than EXPENSE TRACK. It’s like it was designed by people like ME, actual people that have been struggling with expenses bearing in my mind the corporate travel policies to be enforced through the app so companies don’t have to also struggle micro managing the payables.
