## What is Corpus?

Training for a marathon, a triathlon, an Ironman or a cycling event, with an Apple Watch on your wrist? Corpus is the coach that writes your whole plan to race day and changes it as you train.

Your plan is 100% yours. Not a template with your name on it: it is built on what your body can actually do and on how you live, and it is made to bring out your best version.

Tell it your race and the days you can train. It asks what it needs to know, then writes every session from this week to race day: warm-up, work, cool-down and the pace for each.

Then it keeps coaching. Corpus reads your Apple Watch through Apple Health: sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, every workout with its pace and route. When a night goes badly or a run comes in harder than planned, the coach sees it, and when you ask to move Thursday's intervals to Friday, the week changes on the spot.

WHAT YOU GET

• A full plan to race day, written in one conversation. Running, cycling, swimming and triathlon, from a first 5K to an Ironman.

• A coach you can talk to. Say a session felt too hard, report how a test went, tell it your week just changed. It answers from your numbers and adjusts your plan through the same conversation.

• Sessions that know why they exist. Every day carries its purpose, its structure and its target pace, and the week around it is one glance away.

• Your recordings, matched to your plan. Runs from your watch land at the top of the Plan tab, linked to the session they completed, with the hard efforts checked against heart rate and pace.

• 3D route replays. Watch each run fly over the map in three dimensions and export the video to share.

• Insights from your own data. Corpus turns your notes into tags, correlates them with what your watch measured, and shows you what actually moves your recovery.

• Fitness, fatigue and form, explained. Training load over weeks, in words you can act on.

WHAT CORPUS NEEDS FROM YOU

• Record every session from the Workout app on your Apple Watch. Corpus reads it back with pace, heart rate and route.

• Wear the Watch to bed. That is where sleep, HRV and resting heart rate come from, every morning.

• Write a note about your day in the app. A late dinner, a stressful week: the coach learns how your habits move your training.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose your sport, your event and your date. Add a target time if you have one.
2. Connect Apple Health. Corpus reads only. It never writes to your health data.
3. Meet your coach. It asks about your training days and history, then writes the whole plan.
4. Train. Record every session from the Workout app on your Apple Watch, wear the Watch to bed and write a note about your day. Open the app in the morning for today's session, and after to see how it went.

PRIVACY

Your health data stays on your phone. The coach sees only what it needs to answer: your message, a summary of your plan and the numbers relevant to the question. Nothing you say is kept on our servers: the one thing held there is your plan while it is being written, deleted the moment your phone receives it and after 24 hours regardless. No advertising, no tracking.

Corpus requires an iPhone running iOS 26 and works best with an Apple Watch. Corpus is a training tool, not a medical device; talk to a professional about any health concern.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 26.5 — 2026-09-19

Corpus is now a full endurance coach.

• Your whole plan is written to race day in one conversation, then adjusted as you go.
• Runs from your Apple Watch appear at the top of the Plan tab, matched to the session they completed.
• The workout screen leads with a 3D route replay you can export and share.
• Insights show fitness, fatigue and form, and what your notes correlate with.
• Cycling, swimming and triathlon join running.
• A new, quieter look, and Spanish throughout.

This release resets earlier test data on upgrade; the new plan model is built fresh with your coach.

### 26.4.2 — 2026-05-07

26.4.2 — Sharper sleep score, chat status & polish
  - Refreshed sleep score. So the four sleep states (Poor / Fair / Good / Excellent) line up with how the night actually went.
  - Chat shows what it's doing. While Corpus answers, the loading bubble morphs into a status capsule for each tool call: "Looking at your sleep…", "Reviewing your workouts…", "Adjusting your roadmap…" — so you know whether it's reading data, planning or drafting.
  - More reliable chat queries. Hardened the chat tool loop so health-data lookups are far less likely to be dropped or returned half-empty mid-conversation.
  - Chat pings even when you're elsewhere. If a reply arrives while you're on another tab or have the app foregrounded but outside the chat, you now get the notification banner and the unread badge — not just a silent badge bump.
  - Cleaner dashboard. Removed the duplicated insight card so the bottom of the feed no longer repeats itself.
  - Smarter morning check-in tags. Answering "No" to a check-in question (e.g. "Magnesium?") no longer pins a misleading tag pill to the saved note.

### 26.4.1 — 2026-05-07

26.4 — Whole-person coaching & manual workouts
  - Insights that connect the dots. Corpus now reads sleep, mood, nutrition and training as one system — a rough night shows up in tomorrow's coaching, not just on a sleep card.
  - Log workouts your watch missed. New "Add a workout" card on the dashboard for tennis matches, sauna, runs without the watch. Saved straight to Apple Health and counted toward your strain. Slide a manual workout left to remove it.
  - Distance on the steps screen. Today's walking + running distance under your step count, plus a 7-day chart.
  - Smarter goal planning. A single unified weekly roadmap covers all your goals together. When two don't fit, Corpus offers a clean swap in chat. Period- and illness-aware, so heavier sessions land on the right days.
  - Chat that pings you. When Corpus has a question — about a milestone, a goal conflict, or how you're feeling — you get a notification and an unread marker, just like any modern chat.
  - Tap to record. Voice notes and chat dictation now use tap-to-start, tap-to-stop. Tap the red X to discard. No more lost trailing words.
  - Subscription, smoother starts, broader Spanish. Corpus is now a subscription with a free trial. Faster first-launch from older versions, more Spanish polish, and small bug fixes across chat, roadmap and workouts.

### 26.3.1 — 2026-04-24

26.3.1 — Voice polish, note editing & clearer comparisons
  - Voice dictation reliability. Long voice messages no longer drop their last few words, and you can send another message right after a long recording. Holding the mic with the keyboard open now keeps the keyboard in place.
  - Edit any note by tapping it. Text and dictated notes are now tap-to-edit, matching photo notes. A one-time tip surfaces the gesture.
  - Day-of-week comparison redesigned. The dashboard card now shows whether today's stress, workload and readiness are higher, similar or lower than a typical weekday, with coloured chips instead of raw numbers.
  - Broader Spanish polish. Fixed "Juevess" pluralisation, translated weekday short labels on the Readiness screen, and localised the "Moderate" strain label.

### 26.3 — 2026-04-22

26.3 — Voice, continuity & cleaner dashboard
  - Voice notes and voice chat. Hold the microphone on the dashboard to dictate a note, or on the chat screen to speak your message — release to send, drag off to cancel. Runs on-device for speed and privacy.
  - Milestone continuity card. Each active goal now has a compact previous / current / next timeline on the dashboard, so you can see where you are in the arc at a glance. Tap to jump into the full roadmap.
  - Chat can reshape your roadmap. Ask Corpus in chat to add, edit, reorder, or delete milestones — changes land live on the roadmap without leaving the conversation.
  - Gentler handling of unrealistic goals. If a goal can't be planned safely, Corpus pauses the roadmap and offers a "Chat to adapt goal" action that opens with a fresh, context-aware question instead of leaving you stuck.
  - More reliable milestone targets. Weekly workout, sleep and behaviour targets are now generated deterministically and stay consistent across refreshes.
  - Today-only photo picker. Attaching a photo to notes now shows just the pictures you took today, so yesterday's shots can't end up on the wrong day.
  - Cleaner dashboard order. Day-at-a-glance, today's notes and the roadmap lead the feed; the tip or insight of the day now sits at the bottom where it belongs.
  - Week screen milestone header. The week view now shows which milestone this week is advancing.
  - Now requires iOS 26. We've raised the minimum OS to unlock on-device speech and newer platform features.
  - Everyday polish. More Spanish coverage, onboarding tip banners, and a batch of small bug fixes across dashboard, onboarding and workout details.
