My boyfriend can see me and the audio works fine but I see nothing. Occasionally a still frame of myself pops up on the screen. But most of the time it’s black. Really sucks since in person visits have ceased. This is the only way I can see him and I can’t even see him. If I could give 0 stars I would. Of course that works, even though it isn’t very helpful. I have deleted and reinstalled three times, as instructed. Still, nothing works. I can’t even visit the tech support site because it, too, is broken. I was using the website previously, and although it is also basically trash, at least it somewhat functions. I don’t know who designed this system, but seriously. I hope you didn’t go to college for this kind of thing, because education clearly failed you. ### 1/5 — Clumsy at Best *2025-12-24, version 2.7.5* Clunky ### 1/5 — Have you ever used a website before? *2025-12-09* The app just redirects you to their website and the website feels like it was designed by a person who has never used a website before in their life. It is one of the most frustrating sites I’ve ever used. Ever. Every time I use it. ### 2/5 — Clunky but Useable *2025-12-09* There’s no other options in Florida to send commissary money, so it’s almost a waste of time to complain. But people need to be aware of how clumsy and non-user friendly this app is. Even JPay was better. The most annoying thing is that it doesn’t save prior session information. Despite having the feature buttons to save state, institution, inmate name and credit card details…you have to go through the entire process and have your card in hand every time you want to send money. Even the small annoying check box approval before sending is hidden below the actual approval button. So every time you put all the information in and then see the “submit” button? You can’t submit until you scroll down to the stupid check box where ANOTHER different submit button is!? Like I said, it functions, and why complain. Went to website and setup everything and have valid validate account phone id etc. tried app again gave me same error trying to verify phone number “something went wrong”. It is the only way in Florida to pay court ordered payments and I have to use the website which is not easy. It keeps reading bad error. I spoke with my probation officer and see tells me a lot of people are having issues with the correct pay. Supposedly you can go to one of the locations and pay but none on the map accept correct pay. How can this one system be the only system to accept payments here especially because they are out of state in a medical complex. This company needs to pay attention to the people who are bank rolling them. The message always has an error and suggests I used the wrong country code. But that is a bad message because I used the 1+picture of the American Flag. Don't waste your money on a video visitation. I swear the only reason they don’t fix this app is because they know we have to use it because it’s the only means of communication with people’s loved ones. It will not send verification code to phone number to verify account. Been trying for 3 days to add money to a friends account and nothing works. Surprised you was able to login. Developers should try using the app before they send out for public use.
