Useless app… I am unable to start a shipment without authenticating that I am not a robot. Please fix this!! Some services are locked behind the app

You can’t get past the phone validation. Although I’ve heard great reviews for the company, the app is junk.

Does not work at all
I am unable to authenticate my phone number. It’s an endless loop of verifying I’m not a bot, that’s it. :(
Stuck in authentication
The app is stuck on authenticating my phone number. I just endlessly click the box “I am not a robot” repeatedly, and it just kicks me right back to the authentication screen. Useless.
