I know a great Show when it lifts your spirits when you’re down , and can educate someone on reaching an Artistic Dream , 
I enjoy sitting on the cou….i mean facing the couch, …from my couch ,… oh hell just subscribe and watch everyone !

I really enjoy Corridor’s videos, especially and perhaps obviously the VFX artists react series. I first discovered the content on YouTube and now I’m a direct subscriber on their site. The crew is all great and I really enjoy the breakdowns. Unfortunately, the Apple TV app is really buggy. Single click doesn’t open videos, double click does? Double tap on one side of the remote doesn’t skip 10 seconds. Even pausing and unpausing is troublesome, there’s lag and it doesn’t respond properly. It’s actually worse watching on their app than on YouTube but then I don’t get access to the extended content. I don’t think I’ll be a subscriber for long if the app isn’t fixed which is a shame because I really want to support them.

NORMALLY the app is great. But currently the app is constantly freezing and crashing on iPhone 11. Im unable to log in to my account in app, even after verifying my information on browser and in app on my iPad (both worked). I love corridor as a site and as creators. I’m just frustrated I can’t watch the video I wanted to see during my lunch break.

Love the content but playing it on any other device is so frustrating. The player will constantly stop and start again and it’s almost not worth paying for premium

Corridor Digital are brilliant. The Corridor Digital app is not. It barely works, crashes constantly, and is missing basic functionality like keeping track of watched videos. I want to subscribe and support Corridor, but the app makes it difficult to justify.

Please make your video playback contros better on Apple TV.. Everyone using your Apple TV app is coming from YouTube. Don’t reinvent the wheel  - Your play/pause back-and-forward or horribly designed. 
 
Back should start rewinding when pressed, then go faster each press. We don’t need a second menu prompt when we press left/right on the remote. For example there is no prompt for hitting the center to pause/play.
Bring up the menu if we hit the pause/play button on the remote itself (not when we hit the left/right on the remote). It shouldn’t take two clicks to start to rewind.

The issue isn’t the menu popping up. It’s that it shouldn’t take two click to start rewind/fast forwarding. Just like it doesn’t require to clicks to pause.

I think there may be a bug in the app where every time I try to sign in the app crashes and stops working. I have tried reinstalling and updating to the latest ios and latest app version but no luck. This has been happening for a few weeks now, everything was working well before. I hope this can be resolved as I really liked using the app.
