## What is Cortex?

Cortex for iPhone and iPad brings your Mac clipboard library everywhere.

The Mac app remembers everything you copy — text, links, tables, images and dictations with transcripts. Synced via iCloud Drive, your library automatically appears on iPhone and iPad:

• Search all entries — full text across raw content, AI interpretation and titles
• Copy to the clipboard with one tap and paste in any app
• Groups and pinned snippets, just like on the Mac
• Dictate on the go: on-device transcription that keeps working in the background and on the Lock Screen
• Transcribe shared audio files (e.g. voice messages) via the share sheet — grouped by source app
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets: start a dictation or a text entry with one tap
• Read meeting transcripts with summaries and action items on the go

Privacy like on the Mac: your library lives in your personal iCloud Drive — no third-party server, no account, no tracking.

Note: Cortex for iOS is the companion to the Cortex Mac app. Capturing and Apple Intelligence interpretation happen on the Mac — included in the same purchase (Universal Purchase).
