## What is Cortex EMR?

Cortex EMR is a secure clinical documentation app for Cortex Neurovascular providers and staff. It enables clinicians to capture patient encounters, dictate notes, and manage documentation workflows directly from their mobile device.

Key features:
• Schedule — View your daily patient appointments and encounter status
• Dictations — Track outstanding encounters needing documentation
• Record — Capture audio dictations with automatic AI transcription and note structuring
• Role-based access — Providers see their own patients; mid-office staff see the full day's schedule for intake

This app is restricted to authorized Cortex Neurovascular personnel. Access requires a pre-authorized email account. No public registration is available. Contact your administrator if you need access.
