## What is Cortex?

Cortex turns lab reports into a clear picture of your health.

Upload a PDF or a photo of your lab results. Cortex recognizes the markers, converts them to consistent units and shows what is in range, what is borderline and what deserves attention. Every marker is explained in plain language: what it does, why it can be off, and how sleep, nutrition and exercise affect it.

WHAT CORTEX DOES
• Reads lab results from PDFs and photos from any lab
• Its own library of 400+ biomarkers with reference ranges and clear descriptions
• Trends for every marker across all your tests, on one chart
• AI review of all your results together: links between markers, priorities, what to test next
• Biological age based on your labs
• Companion: a chat that knows your lab results and answers questions about them
• Apple Health data next to your labs: resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep, steps
• Face ID sign-in, delete your account with one tap

CORTEX PRO
Free: upload and recognition of lab results, the biomarker library and trends.
Pro unlocks the AI review of every test, the "How to influence" section for each marker, biological age and the Companion. The monthly or annual subscription is paid through the App Store and can be canceled at any time in your Apple ID settings.

YOUR DATA
Your data is stored on servers in Russia in accordance with Russian personal data law (Federal Law No. 152-FZ). We do not sell your data or share it with ad networks. You can delete your account and all your data from the app at any time.

IMPORTANT
Cortex helps you understand your lab results; it is not a medical device. The app does not diagnose or prescribe treatment. Reference ranges and reviews are for information only; make health decisions together with your doctor.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.1.1 — 2026-10-27

• The marker count now includes qualitative results, so a report with only those (a culture, a swab) no longer reads "0 markers".
• In the English version, markers are shown with English names when you review a report.
• Your plan updates right away after a purchase or a promo code.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-10-24

• English: the app, AI reviews and the biomarker library are now available in English, following your iPhone language or the setting in your profile.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-26

Cortex Pro.

### 1.0.0 — 2026-09-11
