The app has a clean layout and is easy to navigate. I like how descriptive filling in a service request is. They have categories for every possible issue it appears. I had issues in the past signing in but I have not encountered those issues in a long time. Remember how bad the user experience used to be back in 2010 for things like banking apps - this is like that x 10. But…everything you do and see kind of feels like it was created 5+ years ago. I’m not being a jerk I promise! There are some parts that are hard to navigate because the menu is too far up in the corner, and the keyboard doesn’t optimize for whatever function you’re doing! The log in never works, I had to uninstall/reinstall it 7 times before it finally allows me in, if it allows me in, In order to sign in you have to open the app, log in, close the app, open the app, log in and so and so forth until it finally decides to allow you. Rent is due and the app is not working on5 different devices it was installed on. Additionally, if you post something and it sometimes takes weeks to upload so hopefully there is nothing urgent and you always have time to use. Office staff hardly care to call and when I visit office they are giving excuses on remaining pending requests for the community. If you are not able to manage then hire more people. Every time you sign in requires three different screens to enter your credentials. That is unless the app is down and you can’t login at all, which is often. The community wall is not open or free. Management will not allow any criticism to be posted. It is not a free speach wall. In addition the UI is very out dated. There is no way to delete multiple messages at once. It is a clunky, combersome process. The app is really the active building framework with the Cortland name branded on top. It is crap but the only option residents have. Unfortunately Cortland has a monopoly on apartments in some cities and needs to be broken up. ### 3/5 — Why is there no back button??? *2021-05-05, version 2.0.0* It’s so annoying! You click on photo or post and there is no back button so you have to close out the whole app and re open. Also being able to pay rent and enter service requests is neat too. My only issue is having to log in on 3-4 pages before being able to get into my account. It’s spacious and well laid out. The convince of in home washer and dryer is a big plus for me. I put my own personal decorating touch’s both inside and outside. I like having a handyman on call, from a/c problems to changing light bulbs, the service is friendly, quick and done right the first time. The single story means no waiting for elevators or carrying groceries upstairs. Conveniently located in Pearland it offers access to many facilities and delivery services from most stores and restaurants. With the pandemic that has really been a BIG plus. The community activities from Derby Day to National Lemonade Day are always well planned and funny. The online activities have been a challenge but the Attiva staff has found away even with the COVID-19 virus restrictions. One drawback has been the landscaping. It has suffered from the extreme heat this summer but management is working on the problem. Keeping affordable prices for the apartments is also a challenge but Attiva is worth considering if your looking for a place to call home. ### 5/5 — New Version *2020-08-01, version 2.0.0* It works pretty well much faster than the previous website.
