Very basic functionality, could do much more. No notifications so have to keep checking when you’ve requested service, no feedback either, they could easily have email updates on your request. More of a tick on the list when talking to potential tenants than a serious attempt at servicing the tenants they have.

The app used to show billing information but it was so poor and inaccurate that they eventually had to delete the section entirely rather than fix it. Maintenance requests don’t have an option for “entire site down” (e.g. hot water, which goes out on the daily now, nonfunctional lifts, hallway lighting, etc.). Feedback is never received. All in all it’s a pretty useless app.

This app is great for booking amenities and requesting services. The user experience is seamless.
The reason I’m giving it four instead of five is that it’s sadly lacking a functionality where you can browse to see if the amenities (the communal rooms) are already booked for a certain time if you want to glance before heading up there. 
This would be a very useful functionality to include - showing each room as available or unavailable at a certain time to avoid intruding on someone’s booking.
