If it’s paying off my credit card, transferring money, or even trying to get into my account. The app sucks and you have to access customer service all the time. ### 2/5 — I have so many issues with this app! *2024-06-16, version 24.1.70* Since this new version I can’t even log in now. It closes the app. Instant balance is nonexistent. Be careful if you use FaceID because they will quickly make you reset your password for the 15th time if your face isnt recognized. If I wasn’t as lazy as I am I would switch banks for a better online experience. ### 1/5 — Unusable Since Last Update *2021-03-01, version 20.2.50* The CorTrust Bank app was rendered unusable after their last update. It simply launches to a white screen and then errors out. Given that others have already reported this, it’s remarkable that this bug hasn’t been fixed yet. ### 1/5 — Has been great, until.. *2021-02-28, version 20.2.50* For the last week the app opens to a white screen. Stays that way till it force closes. I’ve removed and reinstalled the app multiple times, called my local bank to see if I was locked out for any reason and changed my password. Still the app doesn’t work. Hope a patch is coming out soon to resolve this. Update: been a month now of the app not working. If stupid and dumb had a baby it still wouldn’t be as 🥴 as CorTrust ### 1/5 — Endless login issues *2026-05-01, version 25.2.100* The Face ID gets reset frequently. The app login does not stick. You can reset it and login right after. But a short time later it no longer recognizes the new password. Although your lack of development does not allow full screen on iPad mini. Instead you force its users to use the phone version which does not support 2266x1488. Not only does their online banking crash all the time but the Face ID feature will lock you out of the app if it cannot ID your face. Trash! After installing and playing around with I can say that so far does all that I wanted the app to do (quickly view balance) and is simple with clean design. Now the App does not even start. Just says “for your security, it can not be used on a jailbroke phone.’ What a joke. So App is deleted. And now I have to access everything through the web page. Which is far more risky. Completely ruined the app. But I’m sure it’s all ‘ in the name of security’. Pretty sure we know the risks taken.
