By making the process for filling out an ASR cumbersome and unreliable, crew are probably choosing not to submit reports when in the ‘grey’. ### 1/5 — Useless *2021-08-18, version 3.0.7* Don’t waste your money ### 1/5 — Terrible, not fit for purpose, unsafe *2021-07-15, version 3.0.7* Use this app at a major UK airline. The app doesn’t reliably send safety reports! They don’t show in the outbox so one might assume the report has gone. Nope. The app hides them somewhere and doesn’t send them. Oh and syncing takes forever. Easily one of the worst apps I’ve ever used - which is worrying considering how important the data it processes is... Can’t be completed when off line, ready to send when connection available. 2. On iPad, if you move to another app to collect data for completing Coruson form, the Coruson app closes down and requires another secure access and then requires you to re open the form you were just completing. Excruciating. 3. Synchronising takes an eternity, why? It’s just a bloody form! 4. Looking at previous Ratings, Coruson is unresponsive to feedback. ### 1/5 — Appaling *2021-02-07, version 2.1.1* One star is too kind. Constantly crashes Never uploads reports Needs syncing weekly but even then total crxp Worse than useless. It has to be synced before every working duty day ( no one has time for that). The old paper form was a lot quicker and easier to use. I’ve already wasted the morning of Easter Sunday trying to fill in and submit a compulsory report. ### 1/5 — Appalling. *2020-02-29, version 1.3.1* Unfortunately my company requires me to use this application but it’s just not fit for purpose. It constantly ‘kicks’ you out, won’t submit forms, won’t store forms as drafts even though it says it will and if it does it won’t then allow you to change the form and submit it. Much of the information required is repeated constantly so very user unfriendly. I’m held accountable if the forms don’t submit in a particular timeframe which often doesn’t happen as they get ‘stuck’ so I would most definitely NOT recommend this application. Whoever is responsible for this app please please please improve it. Please if you value your staffs sanity don’t put them through this.... I have to hide all sharp implements before opening. Unfortunately my employers don’t seem to give a &@#£@ ### 1/5 — Wrong App for the business *2019-06-15, version 1.2.6* Sad to see and have to use yet again this regurgitated version of qpulse - built for the medical profession and still not suitable for the airline industry - cumbersome, with unworkable features for both the user and management reporting- its lengthy features detract from a healthy closed loop safety reporting SMS. ### 1/5 — Appalling app *2019-06-08, version 1.2.5* My company requires me to use this to submit safety reports. The app constantly kicks you out and forgets your login details. The app is not easy to use and in the configuration used by my employer does not allow enough scope to enter full details of the safety issue...although this is probably the fault of the employer providing limited options for entry to the forms. Very poor product that offers an “easy” solution for the organisation so data can be administered by a contractor......but is unbelievably frustrating for the end user. ### 1/5 — Dreadful *2019-05-09, version 1.2.5* Unfortunately our company have adopted this app so have no alternative but to use it. It’s painful to use when filing a report & I’m yet to discover how to monitor the progress of a report once it is filed. It’s incredible that this app is used to submit safety reports in aviation - it’s unstable, terribly laid out and non intuitive.
