### 2/5 — App won’t load

*2023-10-24, version 2.7.11*

Have tried logging in multiple times, even redownloaded the app just in case, but it still doesn’t load up after signing in. It’s a shame because they sent me a promotional email and they don’t even have the app working properly.

### 3/5 — Ew. What the heck is this?

*2022-04-21, version 2.7.8*

Daily view on an iPad is ridiculous. We have all that space. There is absolutely no reason we can’t have a full monthly view of our calendar. Seriously. So on our iPad it makes more sense to utilize CoSchedule from our web browser. So now the app has no value. Maybe take this one back to the drawing board because this ain’t it. So I’ll go to the browser and add that as an app on my iPad for now since that’s my only option.

### 2/5 — Not much use

*2019-12-02, version 2.1.3*

The desktop app and Wordpress integration is top notch, allowing me to operate as a blogger and schedule social campaigns alongside my blog posts.
Sadly, that functionality does not extend to the mobile app, which is nothing more than a simple social post scheduler.
And you can only do 1 post at a time, rendering the app pretty much useless when compared to the social templates available on desktop.
If desktop functions can be added then this app could be great, but for now it’s a missed opportunity.

### 1/5 — No functions - Can only post

*2018-12-30*

There is almost no functions. I can publish posts, but I can’t even view the whole calendar..It’s a day-by-day calendar. I can’t manage marketing campaigns. The menu is just “Help” and “Log out”. It is so annoying! I’ll continue to use the website. For this price it is almost insulting to get this useless app. Do it good or don’t do it. Grr.

### 1/5 — Extremely Buggy

*2018-11-17, version 1.13.7*

This app isn’t usable. Every time I go to write a post to schedule for Twitter, the app bugs out and goes back to the home page and deletes what I was scheduling making it impossible to do anything. Do not purchase this app, it’s a waste of money.

### 3/5 — App Sticks

*2018-08-11, version 1.13.1*

Every time I get a notification I have to delete app, add it again in App Store, then sign in again because it sticks. Hoping there’s an update soon.

### 1/5 — App doesn’t load

*2018-07-17, version 1.13.0*

App won’t even open or load for me anymore. When it was working it’s a very bare bones set up compared to the desktop app. Missing a lot of core features. Would be better to build out further to make it functional.

### 2/5 — Great but A little buggy

*2017-11-09, version 1.11.7*

The web version is great but the app I don’t trust. If I edit a scheduled post on my phone it removes the image.

### 3/5 — Getting there....glitchy though

*2017-10-15, version 1.9.1*

Good job adding functionality. Need to fix the glitches though. Trying to edit notes in a promotion just doesn’t work. So you can’t edit on the go. Keep at it. You’ll get there👍

### 2/5 — Not as advanced as I thought

*2017-06-08, version 1.6.6*

I thought the co schedule app would be great for scheduling on the go and for scheduling my instagram posts. This app doesn't even push notifications to let you know when it is time to post. There are other apps that I can do this in for free. Just wondering why this important feature isn't included. It basically makes this app worthless to me.

### 4/5 — Extension and widget 🙏

*2017-05-20, version 1.5.5*

I just started using the CoSchedule app and so far I'm enjoying being able to supplement accessibility to my calendar when I'm not near a computer- one thing I've noticed I wish I had: the ability to add the iPhone app extension button so we can add things to our queue that we find throughout our phones. The iPhone widget would be a bonus too so that we can get a quick snapshot of our schedule without even having to open the app. Otherwise, so far so good :)

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2025-10-23, version 2.7.14*

This app - designed for you to schedule your posts ahead of time and then it posts them for you - does not actually post them. They claim they will alert you if a post fails but that has never happened. I emailed support and they said it was an issue they noticed. That is the whole premise of your app, if posting is not working, you need to get that sorted. It’s been weeks and I still can’t get CoSchedule to post anything

### 1/5 — APP CRASHED

*2024-06-03, version 2.7.13*

Downloaded today to ease my social media campaigns and the app crashes immediately doesn’t work at all

### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work

*2024-01-26, version 2.7.11*

On both my iPad & iPhone I can never log in, I get to the sign up page, attempt signing up with my gmail & never make it past the loading page.

### 1/5 — Simply doesn’t work -

*2022-03-03, version 2.7.7*

I love CoSchedule …and the app is useless. Can’t even get through login. No support. Too bad I love the desktop version but without the app the social post just don’t work properly. Sadly forced to cancel - not worth $39/mo

### 1/5 — The app doesn’t work

*2021-12-03, version 2.7.7*

When I try to log in using a web browser, I get the following message:

Login to CoSchedule from any desktop or laptop to start onboarding.
To speed things up, we emailed you a direct link to login and start onboarding.

I then teary to log in using the mobile app; however, the app doesn’t work. The logo keeps flashing, but does not move onto any other screen.

### 1/5 — Too limited

*2019-11-16, version 2.1.3*

Between the mobile app and the mobile online app, you can get trapped and be unable to do anything meaningful, including addressing authorization issues. What a pain.

### 1/5 — Only for social

*2019-08-23, version 2.0.12*

We love CoSchedule, but I don’t do anything with social so this app is basically useless for me. As others have said it would be nice to have CoSchedule in my pocket to reference on the fly what my upcoming tasks are and to see the calendar. I feel like the name of the app is misleading, you should make it more apparent that it’s solely for social.

### 1/5 — Barely the basics

*2019-07-07, version 2.0.11*

I love CoSchedule and use it daily, creating tasks, scheduling posts, etc. However, the app is almost useless. I can only see social messages and not actual posts. I can’t see tasks, notes, or change between calendar views. We pay $50 a month for this service, a better functioning app is necessary. I’ve been waiting months..

### 1/5 — Latest update means no longer able to schedule posts

*2019-05-31, version 2.0.10*

Having an app crash when you try and schedule the date and time for a post defeats the purpose of having a digital content manager app.

FIX URGENTLY

### 1/5 — Every update, something is forgotten!

*2019-05-26, version 2.0.8*

I’ve had this app for a while and I use it for work. Normally it works fine but there is ALWAYS some kind of glitch. With every update, it seems like they always miss something and forget to put a function back into the app. With this new update, I can’t edit the scheduling time for a social media post after I’ve initially set it - and this is an important feature. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app, restarted my phone, and tried everything to see if it will reset. Nothing works. Previously, my photos were incorrectly loading. Before that, my app would glitch out and close on me every time I’d open it.

If my work didn’t use this app for scheduling, I would be fine and delete it off my phone. Now I have to whip out my laptop and use the desktop version of CoSchedule instead of the easily accessible app on my phone.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — New update

*2026-01-06, version 2.8.1*

It made the message scheduling so much better

### 5/5 — Really love it

*2020-09-23, version 2.6.1*

Great app and content. Love those podcasts! Easy to use on phone or laptop. Would definitely recommend for anyone.

### 5/5 — Projects update

*2020-03-28, version 2.4.0*

Absolutely love the projects update! It’s about time this has been brought to mobile. CoSchedule is finally useful on my phone now :)

### 5/5 — CoSchedule Saved My Life

*2020-03-06, version 2.3.1*

As a social media manager for many different companies, CoSchedule has been amazing for helping me plan posts in advance, manage and color code my todo lists and calendars, allowing me to see all of my analytics in one place, etc. I am beyond happy with this software and would recommend it to anyone!

### 5/5 — Coming Along!

*2017-05-31, version 1.6.6*

The new update is real legit. Now I can schedule on the go. Hopefully, we'll see some updates allowing us to view, tasks and notes.

### 5/5 — New social sharing options on point

*2017-05-01, version 1.5.2*

Love the convenience of being able to create and share posts to all of my social spaces on the fly - right from my phone. Solid compliment to the web app. This was release I was waiting for!

### 5/5 — 5 stars for updates, simply amazing!

*2017-04-28, version 1.5.1*

I love this app because it's a great work around for the Instagram API posting problem. I schedule my posts from my work computer and then coschedule app gives me a notification on my phone when it's time to post to Instagram. And sends picture directly to the Instagram app which is pretty cool!

I gave it 4 stars in the pas only because I wishedI can do more post on the other platforms too. (And maybe see my full posting schedule) but I get it, it wasn't labeled as a full platform post app.. it was specifically made for Instagram. Everyone who is complaining about that obviously hasn't read! Excellent Instagram API work around though! Hope they expand to full posting application soon!

(Edit 04/28/2017 they now updated the application with the option to post from all social platforms! Great work CoSchedule!!! Thank you for listening to us... I LOVE IT it makes my life and work so much easier now)

### 4/5 — Great but still lacking

*2018-01-18, version 1.11.18*

The app itself as is, is fantastic. The problem I have is it doesnt show my full data per day. Emails, events, etc. it ONLY does social posting. I’d love to have my full calendar in my pocket, not just part of it. Overall great app. Just hoping to see those improvements soon!

### 4/5 — In love

*2017-12-13, version 1.11.15*

Absolutely in love with CoSchedule, I’ve been using the desktop version for over a year now. Only downfalls about the app is that it’s for social media posts only so you don’t have access to your complete calendar. Also I’ve recently upgraded to the iPhone X and the app doesn’t seem to work anyone. Other then that, love them and will continue to use. Thanks

### 4/5 — I Really Like It but

*2017-10-10, version 1.9.1*

The only thing I can say about it is, I really love that you can preschedule your posts. The notification when it's time to post to Twitter and Instagram is really a pain because, you've got all your text in there for the post, and your photo. And when you go through the process of approving the photo, choosing a filter or no filter, you get to the page where it's supposed to have the text part of the Instagram and Twitter message (and it just showed my text shortly before), now it makes me re-key in the text part of the post. Why???? That part is seriously broke and needs to be fixed fast because $39/month is a lot and this needs to be functional. I have to copy the text of my message to Notes in my iPhone, so I can paste it in the approval process. It's a huge bummer. I cancelled about a week in, that was the only thing that drove me crazy. But my hits dropped on FB, by hundreds if not thousands. Now, I get like 4 hits/views so I feel the need to sign up again. So disappointed I paid already, and I cancelled because of the programming error, and now I shorted myself almost 3 weeks on my first purchase before having to pay $39 again. The product is worth it, if this is fixed!!
