Then it changed completely *2025-07-12* Its all for TikTok shop affiliates now. Not smaller creators! I used it once before they changed it completely and it’s so disappointing to see the change they made. Going to delete the app because I have no use for it now :( **Developer response:** Hi Paetyns, that is true, and that is because we've been trying to follow the TikTok trend so that our brands will be satisfied with our service, as we are opening all our campaigns to users at no cost. To be honest we're still not sure how to go from here. However, we have recently decided to open our service to micro affiliate creators as well! I hope this is a good direction for microinfluencers. ### 2/5 — Products Great but Customer Service and App Unreliable *2025-05-14* I’ve loved getting to sample various K-beauty products in exchange for a review. My refunds are usually timely. However, there have been a few times that the app has glitched and I have not been able to complete a campaign. Additionally, two of the products I requested by shipping were sent several weeks late and one never arrived. Finally, I updated my password but have still had issues logging in on another decide. Each time I email Cosduck about these issues, I do not hear back for several days or weeks, if at all. This has resulted in an inability to complete campaigns in a timely manner due to glitching or delays, which then restricts me from participating in new campaigns for several days and receiving my refund. Now I’m restricted from applying for more campaigns and locked out of my account. I’m a micro influencer on tiktok, and recently this app reached out to me explaining they wanted me to try one of their products. Didn’t believe it for myself till i tried it. I was approved and there’s nothing there, and now I’m changing my tik tok password ### 1/5 — horrible app now *2025-07-12* i was one of cosduck’s FIRST influencers and i promoted them like crazy because it was a good app. now they switched to tiktok shop affiliates only (which i have no problem with, doesn’t affect me but it affects those who don’t have it) not only that, they require FIVE VIDEOS for ONE little lipstick like???? makes no sense. they promoted the app for microinfluencers, and now they actually having people using it they switch up. insane. don’t even bother downloading it, it’s a horrible app. **Developer response:** Hi firstinfluencer, We're so sorry you feel this way. However, these days my app is super glitchy and when I try to apply for a campaign, it lets me check the circle on the first 2 steps, but then the screen goes blank and only says next on the bottom. Then, it started asking me to log in. I would Put in my correct user and password. Then, it would show the buffering sign and not actually log me in. It’s so frustrating! They said it would be verified within one day and it has been 2 weeks. There are hashtags they list with spaces, but hashtags cannot have spaces. The one campaign they had the wrong info for the account to tag. I have email numerous times with no response, and now because these are cashback campaigns I am out money too!!! NOPE *2025-02-11* I have fallen in love with this app. It allows me to try new skincare products that I have never heard of & with the content I’ve created, I’ve made relationships with these brands for future collaborations which I was NOT expecting. As far as how this works. It’s simple, choose an express product. Follow the instructions of where to buy the item. Screenshot your total, and AFTER you post the video…THATS when you get your money back. I received my money to PayPal within 24hrs of posting my videos. And then I simply transferred it to my bank & just like that…. I have my money back. I have yet to be chosen for a “standard” product , but I’ve done 3 express collaborations. As far as WHY they want you to buy the product….im a firm believer that …these brands are trying to establish themselves on TikTok, so the more “sales/ purchases” they have …the more the algorithm will push their product out. They even pay back a tiny bit more. ### 3/5 — Hit or miss *2025-04-29* Originally I’ve loved this app. I have gotten a good amount of collabs through it, the products are amazing as well. You can choose the ones where you pay for them in advance and get an immediate refund after sharing your posted content, or shipped products. My main downside is sometimes it won’t accept my link even if it’s met all guidelines and it’s frustrating, or right now where it won’t let me log back in even though I’ve done everything to do so.
