## What is CosecScribe?

CosecScribe is the AI notetaker built for Nigerian company secretaries and the board.

Upload a meeting recording and get a clean transcript with speaker labels, a summary with action items, and formal minutes ready for the minute book.

WHAT YOU GET
• Accurate transcription of board meetings, AGMs, and committees
• Speaker labels so you know who said what
• Summary and action items from the meeting
• Formal minutes you can review and export
• AI chat — ask the transcript about resolutions, decisions, or follow-ups
• Export to DOCX and PDF
• Cloud sync across your devices

BUILT FOR HOW NIGERIA MEETS
CosecScribe understands Nigerian English and Pidgin. Names, places, and formal terms stay as spoken — not phonetic guesses.

YOUR RECORD, YOUR CONTROL
Audio is deleted after transcription. Transcripts and minutes stay on your account until you delete them.
