By this I mean that if someone wants a sandwich that comes with onions there’s no way to say no onions like you could if you ordered at the store. ### 4/5 — Good app overall *2020-04-25* The app is fine but difficult to customize. It was offering me pickup options in Boston, and I live in NY! I put in my zip code and it didn’t even show my local store. ### 1/5 — STILL BROKEN! Waste of my time *2020-04-17, version 3.0.1903* UPDATE APRIL 16 202: Before, I could get the app to work by going to a different section. Now, every section states "loading". Every one. It's completely broken. ------Original review below----- Imagine my surprise when the app I had stopped working. No word from Cosi that they decided to make a new one. No word that we have to change. No word that, oh yeah, we are DELETING YOUR PROFILE INFO. So had to download a new app. AND had to sign up all over again. That’s right. My name, email, Cosi number. All had to be recreated. Why? Who knows! But at least the app stopped working right after I created the new account. So that’s fun. ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2020-03-04* Cos I’d online ordering and app have not worked for a couple of months. This new app is no better. I downloaded it and tried to sign in. The email I received announcing the new app said I should sign in with my existing account. I could not sign in. I tried to reset my account, but it says my email does not exist. (I have been registered with Cosi since they first had a rewards card connected to its website.) I went to Cosi’s website and clicked on “Talk to Us” which takes you to links to Twitter and Instagram rather than provide an email or phone number for assistance. Horrible way to try to keep your customers. ### 2/5 — Breakfast *2024-02-29* Food always good, as is service, but rewards program is not worth it and app is always having issues. ### 2/5 — Give me substitutions for my bread 🥯 *2021-07-21* When I go to work everyday I have the choice between Cosi and potbelly and I like ordering ahead of time so my breakfast sandwich is ready. The Cosi app doesn’t let me sub a bagel for a croissant for my TBM breakfast sandwich like they let me do in person and I kid you not that’s the only reason I don’t order from Cosi everyday. If this feature was there, I’d buy that $4.59 sandwich every single morning putting $1000 in cosi’s pocket every year. Your move Cosi dev team 🙏🏼 ### 3/5 — Great food, good app, but the rewards? *2023-05-05* The food is great and service is super fast. Easy to order in advance and it is all ready when I arrive. The app is pretty clear except for the rewards. I have accumulated 18 points and tried to redeem them as credits but the app says it will tell me at checkout whether I can redeem them and it never does. ### 3/5 — It is okay… *2022-10-26* The app is simple and lays out the options for the restaurant. However, it is a bit buggy when redeeming points or adding coupons. I had enough for a free entree for over a week now, and the app still won’t give me the option to redeem an entree with points from the checkout menu. The app needs help. ### 3/5 — Choose two *2022-01-13* I ordered the choose two and it doesn’t give you the option to modify, as in “no onions” in my salad, or “no spread” on the sandwich ### 3/5 — Ok but not great *2020-12-05* This app is reasonably effective to order food but it doesn’t include everything that’s in the restaurants, particularly kids meals. And the app is pretty glitchy and often shuts down as I’m completing my order. ### 4/5 — New App Very Good *2021-01-14* Cosi has cycled through a few apps and programs over the last few years. We are customers over several years now. This is their best app so far. Another big plus is that the Cosi office staff are very responsive.
