It gets really boring and not worth the subscription. I’m just writing this review in hopes that Jamie will see it and make amends to the app, like more story yoga. Ì really love those!!! And now that my toddler is two years old, I’ve introduced him to cosmic kids yoga, and he was able to do every single move and engage with the story till the end. Jamie is so engaging, so friendly, so approachable, and makes the practice so easy to follow that kids are super engaged with her storyline and the practice. The backgrounds are so creative and fun. Needless to say that adults have to practice with the toddlers, because as any good toddler, they will force you to do what they’re doing. It’s a win-win for everyone involved. When I learned that there’s a cosmic kids app I immediately Downloaded and subscribed because it’s so much better than YouTube. My niece still practices yoga until now, being introduced to yoga at such a young age. She is very Zen. It’s one of the most most engaging fun things that I did with her, and I’m hoping that I’ll spend many days with my son doing yoga and listening to Jamie tell beautiful stories. All the different themes gives us the ability to mix it up easily. There’s also lots of options for helping introduce kids to mindfulness; there are meditations for quiet time and bedtime.
