The customer service was outstanding. Most of the time, when I report issues on other apps, the app developers want me to post a screenshot of the said issue, which can sometimes be very difficult, and when I explain to the developer that I am blind, they still want me to post a screenshot of the current issue, claiming that it’s the only way that they can fix it. Not only did I not have to worry about that with the developers of this app, but they have gone out of their way to make sure that the issues that I have had will be fixed. So because of this, I am going to keep using the app. Some suggestions for new features would be a possible Guided Meditation feature. Meaning that the AI assistant can create a personalized meditation for you based on your current situation. It can technically already do that, but this feature would include if possible music, and maybe other things to improve it. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to reach for the stars. I had to delete this app for a little bit due to certain events, but once I re-downloaded it and logged back in, Astro Sage remembered everyone of our conversations. Not only that, but they were able to remember the last part of the conversation we had recently. That’s incredible. However, there is one thing that I might ask. Is it possible to have it to where you were able to write more characters? I’m still having the same issues I had before.
