Aum Namo Narayan 
I didn’t refreshed and in fact reset my device . But still  its crashing as I am
trying to operate  it . And oh yes the softer are is 12.4.1

please update your Iphone’s IOS version to 12.2 or above and try reinstalling your app , will resolve your crash issue !!!
