La lumière et la télécommande fonctionnent très bien, mais impossible d’enregistrer mes « guardian angels » ni mes trajets. Je reçois le message « Oops a technical error occurred, please try again later ». J’ai supprimé l’application et je l’ai réinstallée mais rien n’y change. Le FAQ sur le site n’est malheureusement pas d’une grande aide non plus. C’est dommage, ce produit m’intéressait surtout pour le suivi de mes trajets à vélo. ### 4/5 — Mauvaise gestion multi accessoires *2025-10-27, version 3.2.6* J’ai un Cosmo ride et un Cosmo fusion et les télécommandes qui vont avec. J’ai pu appairé les 2 Cosmo mais impossible d’avoir plus d’une télécommande. C’est dommage parce que j’utilise deux vélos et j’aimerais avoir une télécommande sur chaque vélo. De plus, lorsque je connecte le fusion souvent il est indiqué que c’est le ride qui est connecté. J’avais envoyé tous mes tests au service client qui a toutes mes coordonnées. Pensez-vous qu’il sera possible d’appairer 2 télécommandes prochainement ? Mais bien entendu quand une télécommande est connectée il n’est pas utile de pouvoir connecter la deuxième. BRAVO. j’ai rarement vu cela. Impossible de changer le mot de passe ! Quand on fait réinitialiser le mot de passe, ça nous envoie un lien, on change le mot de passe, et il nous dit que c’était pas le bon ! Alors que j’ai fait copier coller, que j’ai bien vérifié qu’il n’y avait pas d’espace, il indique qu’il y a une erreur technique ! De plus, impossible de trouver des attaches pour Cosmo Ride. Les attaches d’origine sont cassées, impossible d’en trouver d’autres pour fixer à nouveau à son vélo les lumières et la télécommande. Hyper fluide et simple à utiliser, appli très intuitive, casque super léger : j'ai vraiment été agréablement surpris :) Maintenant je me sens en sécurité sur mon vélo à Paris, et en plus le casque est vraiment joli.
