Mr. Sang established a great rapport with her and does a wonderful job keeping my daughter engaged with his upbeat personality and expertise in his craft. He keeps all lessons challenging, organized and fun! He quickly built a relationship with my daughter and allowed her to be herself by keeping humor in all lessons. She seems to be laughing and learning in class, which we absolutely love. Mr. Sang has a way with making corrections and redirecting her by keeping things light and using humor. Through this class we realized she really takes this kind of feedback well, as opposed to dad and mom’s feedback. They truly take their time to make sure students understand the material. My son is advanced for his age, and I joined Cosmo AI to give him that extra challenge and it has exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciate the educational games and goal-setting features that keep him motivated and excited to learn. The one-on-one sessions with teachers feel very personal, and the platform itself is easy to navigate and thoughtfully designed. It creates a comfortable and supportive learning environment for kids. So every month my mother has to pay $1500 just for 2 classes a week! Meanwhile in Preply it only costs $12-30 for an English class. There are very good teachers in this program but too expensive for those in a tight budget. Please change the price so others can have a better experience. I’m in second grade 8 years old, but this app is extraordinary. It’s good for reading writing math, periodic table elements medical business whatever you wanna do I especially admire the live classes and the bar that you can talk to it’s monitored, but that doesn’t mean you can’t learn about anything you want. This is such a good app for anyone anything any time any age any grade can learn without any disruptions I love this app thank you. Their “progress report” calls often seem to turn into sales calls for additional classes rather than genuine discussions about my child’s progress. Communication with their “Learning Partners” has also been difficult, and the Learning Partners change so frequently that the new person often seems unaware of previous arrangements or account history. Most recently, our program was set up for ONE CLASS PER WEEK, but Cosmo scheduled two classes in the same week. When I asked them to cancel the extra class that they had scheduled, I was told I would lose the credit because it was within 24 hours—and that I would have to pay an additional $10 if I wanted to use that class later. A cancellation policy should apply when a customer makes a late cancellation, not when the company makes a scheduling error and the customer asks them to correct it. I find it completely unreasonable to charge the customer for the company’s own mistake. It did not help him . It actually created more anxiety with math. The curriculum did not match his work at school which confused him. When I signed up I was lied to just to sign up I had asked if they would be tutoring him with his school work which that was not tire. Also they placed him in 4 th grade curriculum after I bright to their attention I told them twice he was in 5 th grade by the time they changed it caused even more confusion. On the 3rd class I asked to cancel and for a refund they denied me a refund so I lost 1500 hundred dollars. I forced my son to attend and it made things worse he would cry and stress out.
