Cosmos bank doesn't respond to emails. As a result, you need to physically go to the bank to transact. The application opens on the home page and does not respond further. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling again, still not working. What am I supposed to do? Also internet banking website is not working on the mobile device. Have no option but to use laptop for the banking needs. Please please solve the matter as soon as possible as I need to use the application on a daily basis. You should check the customer reviews on the Play Store and App Store. You will notice that many customers are unhappy. However, as a customer, I request you to upgrade this app and make a lot of improvements.
