Sobald man eine Karte bestellt um dein Geld von Automaten zu ziehen, hast du nur Schwierigkeiten mit dem Support was jetzt schon mehrere Monate sind (6). SIE BEKOMMEN NIEMALS IHRE KARTE WENN SIE NICHT 60$ für den Express Versand zahlen! Beim Standard Versand wird niemals gesendet!!! I used to 2 step authentication for this app which requires biometrics which requires my face but now I can’t use it anymore. Obviously someone must’ve had the authentication to turn off biometrics who has my personal information. They’re stealing peoples money. Don’t use or download. ### 1/5 — Access denied *2023-07-01, version 2.3.4* As soon as I updated it it denied me access of logging in and when I tried to put in the code sent in my email it was denied 3 times in a row. I tried to use “contact us” and they still sent me to request an access code in the email in which THEY KEEP DENYING ### 1/5 — Worst app even worse service. *2023-02-04, version 2.3.3* I downloaded this app to get paid internationally I was told it was the best way to get paid on time while working for a company outside my own country. I was paid to my Cosmo account almost immediately awesome right? Until I tried to transfer money to my bank account. They needed more verification to do that but not more to take my money after two attempts to get verified each one taking about four days to be reviewed I ordered the plastic card from them and stopped my future payments planning on re setting it up once the verification went through. In the mean Time I decided to try and use the online card to by some stuff because I just have money sitting in an account that I can’t use… but the app malfunctioned and couldn’t pull up my account amounts. So I went online on my MacBook to attempt to transfer funds from my secondary balance to my card and it will not allow me without giving a reason it just says transfer attempt failed. The only time I’ve been able to access any of my money is when I used my account to pay for the card I’ve been waiting for. They have no customer service phone number and it takes them 3 days to get back to you when you contact them through their messaging system so if they have any follow up questions you have to message them back and then they send you an email 3 days later. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — AWFUL *2026-01-23, version 3.1.2* Cannot use the card, cannot withdraw the funds! The only positive thing is the Team always replies fast if there’s issues but damn I would prefer if I didn’t have to contact them at all lol ….. ### 1/5 — No descargues la app *2024-10-03* Tengo 20 años y sigo viviendo con mis padres, no tengo ninguna factura de luz o escrita de la casa a mi nombre y por ello no me dejan retirar el dinero, su solución es que mi padre se cree una cuenta de CosmoPayment y le pase mi dinero a él para que el luego me lo pase devuelta a mi . Me parece una barbaridad que a día de hoy, una aplicación que se venda como manejar tu dinero fácil, sea tan compleja y con un montón de requisitos; a saber la de dinero que se habrán quedado de personas que no hayan podido sacarlo.
