Most recently all of my current history from the past few years has disappeared, along with my current address. Now it will only show an address I haven’t been at in over 15years. I have tried on multiple occasions to have it deleted permanently and have new address saved for delivery to no avail. And it will not let me add an address. I went to do a pickup order and it said there was a problem with my payment and to try something else but my bank said the payment went through. I waited about ten minutes to see if there was an order confirmation but it still showed items in my cart. I went into my account info to see if there was any info on the order. It only showed my previous orders but not today, and it had NONE of my other information. Even at the top it said “Hi,!” No name, email, phone number, address, nothing but I clearly was logged in because it shows my other orders. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but had the same issue. I called customer support about my issue and they recommended to use the website.
